RESIGNATION FROM NOTO

I, Darynu, the Baron of Terra Patria, and head Diplomat of the Empire of Condeura, use this page to announce Condeura's resignation from NOTO. It has been decided by a majority vote that NOTO is dangerous for the reputation, land, and citizens of our nation. We refuse to belong to this group after the week of notice is past. We hereby give a one week notice of resignation, and become entirely unaffiliated with NOTO and all members.

I, Darynu, baron of Terra Patria, Head Diplomat of Condeura, and Jun Stromah of Kendov Kiir, hereby nullify this document. Condeura will no longer be leaving NOTO, and Condeura now, once again, fully supports the idea of such a council.
