There was never any declaration of war on the COM, even through that it gives diplomatic support for breshik. The COM has no binding mutual defense treaty to the memberstates. The decleration was spoken against breshik. Also, even as austro agrees to the declaration it would be just badafcia, simply to the reason that there would be a voting of the coulncilmembers. Alone just to declare such an act has no meaning.

Niller never joined the war either. So it is, even through the name would suggest otherwhise not a direct conflict between the COM and Ender it is a diplomatic dispude between ender and breshik. But simply because there is no head of state right now avable the actual fact is, as the mods suggest in the first day of the conflict that breshik should be diplomatic freezed, until the king and kaiser shako returns. So that there will be no abuse of war declarations against nations who isnt political avaible for a short time. The mandatory of badfacia is a citystate in the old borders of the former nation of the same name.

My statement here is that Ender delared a war against a nation which cant act against the threats of an another nation. But in my good will, i will admit that in the beginning, i didnt formulate the sentences in a way, in that i was using phrases that leaved spaces open for intepretation. Like the short agreement to war. But in other hand hino wasnt reading the wiki nor cared about the colmpletly change of the COB. To settle this dispute, in which all side talked in their own sphere than to the opposite leader, ill sign the treaty of sommerset for badfacia. The only legal bellegiant in this dispute.

I also was surprised at the fierce verbal attacks on my person after the spawn incident in the beginning, to explain my tempter.

Ill post only a short summary here and ill ask also the mods to bring up the whole log. There were a few minutes missing. Essencial ones which i know:

Being a nation holds responsibilities such as abiding by the rules of engagement. War was declared on the Eastern Commonwealth. It does not matter if the Commonwealth has placed a horse as its leader or a Regency. If the Eastern Commonwealth is unable to meet its responsibilities as a nation, it should not reap the privileges of nationhood. The current Regency of the Commonwealth has shown to be greatly unstable, choosing to negotiate terms on one day while scheduling battles the next. Our demand of the Commonwealth is to change the leader of one of its member states and capitulation. I see you're confused. To clear up the confusion, I can post a declaration of war where you can easily access it to reflect upon.

DECLARATION Because of the recent events the COM has declared that the RoE will be no longer regognized as an equal member of the international theatre but a rouge state.
