+From what I've read in #chat, it seems that Waldsic is building on territory belonging to Montequercus and has allegedly annexed it. As is written on this page and the Battkhortostan page, Montequercus is a part of (this was the view of Yugotexas)/is a vassal of/is a protectorate of Battkhortostan. Attempting to annex Montequercus without negotiations will be considered an act of war and aggression on Battkhortostan. +YugoTexas joined Battx primarily to back his territorial claims using our nationhood status and land claiming privileges, so his claims are our claims. Additionally, Shako has admitted ceding the territory to YugoTexas, legitimizing Yugo's claim.
+Note that I am conducting this in a legal fashion and intend to go through those with jurisdiction over this area of the game.

+As mentioned in #chat, the current standing offer is 32 diamonds or equivalent as set by Kurwan bank exchange rates, or an embassy to follow Battx build codes, to be managed jointly by the dual Bresho-Waldsican Empires, to be inherited by Walsica should that union ever be terminated.
