| - | City will have five districts. Katar District, Bremen District, Toran District, Soviet District, and the Imperial District. More can be added on as our empire expands. I have absolutely no idea where to start. However, I think we should keep the fort that our side made, but pretty it up a lot, since it looks makeshift at the moment. Soviet side should be where their camps was. Torans and Bremens can decided where they want to build. The Katars will just a big yurt village, and the Imperial District will be the true Capital of the Katten Khanate.
