I'm not sure i like the “West” prefix in the name, to me it makes the implication that another Rhodesian Republic exists. Alternatives i would suggest

OK those bastards ignored my warning and continued to build off Hook Island, this means war gentlemen! We have a rogue state within our borders. Also they've gotten all their supplies for the new island (read: pile of dirt) they've made by stripping Hook Island of dirt and sand (and they haven't even covered it up FFS) inshort: the effects of their digging activities aswell as some rather poorly done water works will take ages to properly fix. These grounds alone would be enough for war, but since they have also illegally taken OUR lands, I recommend all out war, annexation, and subjectation.
