In order to avoid any further senseless shedding of blood, the Eastern Commonwealth proposes the following peace terms to the Republic of Ender and the Republic of Battkhortostan:

The Republic of Ender and the Republic of Battkhortostan will:

1. end its/their occupation of the territory of the former Kingdom of Kriegstein
2. renounce any claims to the territory and to the titles of the former Kingdom of Kriegstein
3. not annex any clay in the former Kingdom of Kriegstein except in the case of a local settlement voluntarily agreeing to join Ender/Battkhortostan
4. grant independence to Altschwabenland
5. respect and observe the neutrality, independence and territorial integrity of Altschwabenland and never lay claim to it again
6. declare null and void any attempts by any member of Ender, Battkhortostan, or the Commonwealth to lay claim to the territories of the former Kingdom of Kriegstein or to Altschwabenland, if done without prior parliamentary (Congress, Reichsrat) approval, and
7. recognise the right of the Commonwealth to attack and kill any member of either nation if they are found on the territory they are illegitimately claiming
8. refrain from interfering in the internal affairs of the Eastern Commonwealth and of Dobrobakanistan, including rescinding the terms set forth by the Treaty of Somerset regarding a Chamber of Commons, Constitution, etc.

The Eastern Commonwealth will:
