We, the people, Congress, and President of the Republic of Ender are a patient and reasonable people. We are able to show mercy when it is necessary. This patience has both a limit and a price.
We have learned that our fault is that we are too forgiving. This mistake shall not be made again. The Eastern Commonwealth has shown itself undeserving of mercy and cannot learn from its past mistakes nor function as a civil society.
We present the Eastern Commonwealth with three options:
1. Vacate the territories of Kriegstein and pay a total of 400 Emeralds for violations of the Treaty of Castile and the Treaty of Somerset.
2. Enter a state of war with the Republic of Ender. Our war goal will be to seize the territories of Klamdau, Badface, Kriegstein, and Winterlyn and annex their respective nations into the Republic of Ender, as well as the expulsion the Eastern Commonwealth from Kriegstein, and abolition of the current monarchy by a leader appointed by the Chief Justiciar of the Republic of Ender.

Apparently the Enderian education system does not teach people to count correctly. Either way the commonwealth claims no title to Kreigstein and the rulership PPA has over kreigstein is in no way tied to the Commonwealth Empire. Enderian hostilities and lack of counting ability will not be tolerated by the Breshikan people.

1.Nowhere in your treaty does ot make stipulations of how the interal government of Kreigstein runs its buisness. If the secretary general of Kreigstein seizes control of the government it is no buisness of yours.
2. Ppa's unification wars are not all concerning the commonwealth and are a catagory of wars ppa has fought, not a single conflict.
3. & 4. Niller and Austro can post whatever they want, unless its part of the Commonwealth page it isnt an official action of the commonwealth or its member states.
Your declarations of breach of treaty are unfounded and quite frankly offensive. They at best loosely tie a series of unofficial and independent actions to eachother as part of a conspiracy that doesnt actually exist.
