Either way the commonwealth claims no title to Kreigstein and the rulership PPA has over kreigstein is in no way tied to the Commonwealth Empire. Enderian hostilities and lack of counting ability will not be tolerated by the Breshikan people.

+.Nowhere in your treaty does ot make stipulations of how the interal government of Kreigstein runs its buisness. If the secretary general of Kreigstein seizes control of the government it is no buisness of yours.

+Chief Justiciar EternalZohne under the authority of the President of the Republic of Ender hereby amends the previous terms provided to the Eastern Commonwealth.
+The violations can be compacted into three instances where I am able to verify the actions were not performed in good faith whereby:
+  - High Commissioner Austrobernd claimed that Kriegstein was annexed and placed 9 Commonwealth banners all over Nouvelle Reims on October 5th.
+  - King Shakomatic claimed the territories of Kriegstein on October 13th.
