+The bill did not pass. The constitution clearly says that ascention requires unanimous vote. At the moment I am keeping the bill pending instead of failing it (regulation of bills is the duty of the kaiser) because I still want to talk to you about this in private.

+Have you forgotten about the Siverny war? Yet you let PPA in just fine, but have a problem with me?
