Laws restrict more than they allow. You could use the actual legal principle that “no one can be trialed for a crime that hasn't been committed”, but that would be too smart for you to do. No, we have a rule system that consists of things players arent allowed to and mods are allowed to do. New rules can be made with approval of the staff or with power of adminship.
