Wissendorf is a somewhat small, independent settlement located underwater, contained inside a glass bubble, somewhat near Mombasa, New Rhodes.

Some time after the Soviet-Mongol war, a random newfriend, Ivanidiot, decided to join New Rhodes. He tried making a settlement before, set in the sky, but that failed, so he went to the sea. He decided to make a city inside a giant glass dome. He built for quite a while, but there was just too much water to drain, so he quit. However, Venomthrope offered his assistance, and Ivan convinced him to join Wissendorf, with Venomthrope becoming the first of 3 Council members (However, nobody else would ever join). Then, building started, and finally, on 23/9/2012, Wissendorf was officially created. Later on in the day, the Burgermeister decided to make union with Breshik instead of New Rhodes, despite the settlement's closeness to Rhodes and distance from the Breshikian Sphere of Influence.

Wissendorf then became the central headquarters of the Breshikan Royal Navy and Ivanidiot appointed Admiral of the Fleet. For a time Wissendorf was then the covert center of Breshikan weapons development and testing until larger facilities could be established elsewhere.

However, on October 5, the first armed action of the Mongol-Breshikan war took place, to become known as the Bloody Raid of Wissendorf. Ivan, little more than a newfriend, would soon find their glass bubble under the sea caught up in the return of deep, powerful tides of War and Strife, generated long ago in the time of ancients as two great rivals began to face off.

Ivan bravely held what was their against greater numbers and munitions, but was no match for the blood thirsty Mongols, preying on the newborn, distant settlement for an easy victory. For days Ivan held out, at times with little more than a shovel, some melons, and the will to resist oppression. But during a fateful ambush, Ivan succumbed to their wounds and fell into the sea.

For the general strife and massive losses caused by the Mongols raiding Wissendorf, and the disapearance of Ivanidiot, Venomthrope as the remaining head of state declared him M.I.A. forcing, or as others have argued allowing, Venom to take over all management of Wissendorf and institute a dictatorship. And due to Breshiks inability to protect the far-flung settlement from the pervassive, dirty Mongoloids, newly known 'Great Leader' Venomthrope declared Wissendorf independent from Breshik for the safety of its people.

On 11/8/2012, Ivan's body was found on the beach of Mombasa, having presumably comitting suicide after the fall of the settlement.

The rejection of Breshik's authority caused great reverberations in their empire, and perhaps resounded most strongly in its leader, Shakomatic. It was now made clear the reach of the Mongols, and its own leader, Kovio, who was able to strike Breshik's assets without retribution. Perhaps it was instances like these that foreboded the Breshikan Empire's collapse.

Wissendorf is primarily submerged in water, similar to Rapeture. Wissendorf is host to many interesting landmarks, one of which is Yevsville, an NPC village and the largest trading center in the region.

Yevsville, as stated previously, is an economic powerhaus for the otherwise bare region.

Oringally, the Wissendorfian government was made up of the Burgermeister (Ivanidiot) and a council of 3. The Council is the primary governing force, which mainly decides laws. In order for a law to pass, at least 2 of the 3 council members must agree to it, and then present it to the Burgermeister, who then decides if it passes or not. The Burgermeister's main role in the government system is deciding officials and declaring laws after the council processes them.

Recently however Beloved Leader Venomthrope has taken absolute control of Wissendorf.

No letting yevs out of their designated area.

No Breshikans are allowed inside of Wissendorfian property.
