Local Information
History
The first winterlynian colony. Built as a safehaven for all in case of war. Even enemies of the state are welcome to seek asylum in the city. Only military force is the emirs local janisars.

Economy
Only the fertile banks of the local river are suitable for farmland. Therefore the city mostly trades in the most exquisite horses.
