1st spawn, also known as Old Spawn or Oldest Spawn, is the developed area around the first spawning point of Alpha's Realm.

The main feature of the area is Central Spawn Station, an overworld railroad hub. There is also a gigantic tower very close to the spawn point that blocks out the sun to a great region below it. Other eye-catches are the Suiseiseki statue in front of the station and the Marissa & Cirno duel above the spawn point. Due to its roofed forest biome, the station's colored glass, and the Touhou characters fighting above it, it's a slightly more colorful spawn compared to the other two.
