+The State is controlled by a Bicameral Parliament divided in the House of Lords (Upper House) and the House of Commons (Lower House). West Rhodes is a Representative Democracy based on all the provinces, dependencies and overseas territories under the jurisdiction of West Rhodes.
+All citizens of the Dominion of New Rhodes-Mombasa are members of the House of Commons and have the power to elect their Prime Minister by "raising their hand". In this sense, New Rhodes is a direct democracy whereas West Rhodes remains a representative democracy.
