Born from the ashes of countless wars, the new duchy of Hohenfels was born. Legend says a man from the Orient came and adopted the ways of the gaijin to lead the duchy into prosperity.

Created to Satisfy autism.

The accounts of the happening varie, here are the main two views:

1. Shakos view: Without fully reading the constitution tomoko decided to take it upon himself to endeavor in a career of constitutional law against the Reichsrat and the Judicial review of the Kaiser(as is his duty). Tomoko took up the banner of outdated laws and without reading the constitution requested a vote of no confidence against the Kaiser. When all was sorted out by the kaiser and the constitution was correctly applied (instead of the outdated law), the kaiser was in the right and tomoko hadthe failing vote changed and his legislation passed anyway. Subsequently tomoko resigned his command of hohenfels and fledacross the border into Orcaella. The Kaiser refused to accept the Grand Dukes resignation and has been trying to convince him to retake administration of hohenfels.

2. Tomos view (what actually happened): On the morning of Dec 23, Grand duke Tomoko asked the Mad Kaiser Shakomatic to respect the 3v2 vote for the De-associations of Orcaella, His Friend's settlement. He would not, the malevolent Mad King of Breshik then switched the rules so that you needed 3/5ths and not 2/3rds (as stated in the constitution) of the vote required to pass a bill, so even if the vote was 3 to 2, it could not pass. The Grand Duke was sadden by this injustice, but after Rosen changed his vote in favor of De-association the Grand duke was overjoyed. Fearing the Mad king would try another devious move, the Grand Duke once again asked the Kaiser to respect the vote. The mad king went into a rage, calling the Grand duke all sorts of names and telling him in the most racist manner to “go back to aresia, we don't accept your kind round dis parts.” Disappointed in the Kaiser, the Grand duke only said “My Best friend Carluga fought for your freedoms and this is how you repay him? Good day sir.” Afterwards, the kaiser respected the vote but the damage was done. Fearing assassination attempts, the Grand duke left Hohenfels with the nobility to seek asylum in Orcaella. Hohenfels was left in the care of King niller of winterlyn. There was no “vote” against shako (which idk where the hell he got that from) and he has not cotacted Tomoko (so his last sentence is total absolute b.s.)

Two main Counties make up the grand duchy, Nouvelle Reims and Castile. Within these counties districts are outlined. The County of Nouvelle reims is the Capital of Hohenfels. It is governed directly by the Grand Duke while the County of Castile is govern by the wife of the duke, Duchess Refyr, until a proper Duke can be found. Count opti operates a county outside the immediate state.
