The Battkhortostan National-Bolshevik Party is the ruling and only party of the Battkhortostan RISSR. Party members are afforded privileges which regular (or irregular) residents of Battkhortostan lack. They also shoulder more responsibilities than residents. Party members can be regarded as the true citizens of Battkhortostan, in comparison to those who merely “own” a home in Battkhortostani territory.
Privileges
- Only party members may access communal state storage.
Rights
- Party members may only be expelled after a trial and majority vote of the triumvirate
- Before the nation is to formally declare war or involve itself in an alliance which implies the possibility of war, a vote must be passed by the party.
Responsibilities
- Party members are expected to use the communal state storage as their main form of storage, and are encouraged to withdraw and deposit from it on a regular basis. Party members should not let their resources idle in personal chests but make them available to comrades in need.
- Party members are subject to conscription.
