The free colony of Evolapolis was founded on the initiative of Krille3. He wanted to rebuild rome on the southernmost part of the map, so it could be as inaccessible as possible. Speermen joined him and set his eye on a conveniently placed village, which they decided to wall and assimilate into their new empire. The villagers however soon died, possibly due to the lead lining of the pipes used for transport of Zyklon B to the houses. Speer quickly begun the erection of buildings in his classical autistic style, in fact he built a large part of the town in one night.

The central part of the town is the Forum, where the Basilica, Templum and Fornix, all built with granite and diorites, stand. Further down the main road lies the Harbor to the right. Following the temple road and turning left at the end of the temple lies the Balneum. Behind the Basilica is planned the erection of the Governors' Villa.
