Hello, I am Darynu, and I would like to propose that I officially be put in charge of all Foreign affairs and have equal say of internal laws and events of the Empire of Condeura.
I would like to take a moment in order to state the following:
Kitty4fun will maintain position as Emperor/ King
I will be known as Head Diplomat
Kitty4fun may veto anything that I enforce internally, but I will control foreign affairs indefinitely.
Kitty4fun will continue to be considered the leader of the nation
I will be represented alongside Kitty4fun in all non-mercenary related documents signed by him.
I will gain no power within the Mercenary Company of Condeura
I will gain no power over my fellow barons and baroness.
This is purely proposed due to the fact that I am already the one who is approached by foreign leaders, and the fact that kitty4fun is completely oblivious to things happening outside Condeura.
